MS 153: 2009+A1:2012 Specification for fat spread

Scope:
This standard applies to vegetable fat products, containing not less than 10 % and less than 80% fat and more than 16 % water, intended primarily for use as spreads. The products covered by this standard are foods that remain solid at a temperature of 20 oC.
