Scope:
This Mauritian Standard applies to ware potatoes of the varieties grown from Solanum tuberosum L. of the Solanaceae family to be marketed or supplied fresh to the consumer after preparation and packaging. This standard specifies requirements for a system of grading and classifying potatoes.
