Scope:
This Mauritian Standard specifies the requirements for canned tomato concentrates. It does not cover the products that are highly seasoned and of varying concentrations containing characterizing ingredients such as pepper, onions, vinegar, sugar, etc., in quantities that materially alter the flavor, aroma, and taste of the tomato component.
